Kate Martin
Head of Energy Analytics & Business Strategy
At Reshape, I lead both our energy analytics and commercial strategy functions. On the analytics side, I deliver H1 compliance modelling, daylight analysis, overheating assessments, and whole‑building performance insights that support better design decisions and smoother compliance outcomes. Alongside this, I direct Reshape’s strategic and commercial development, including shaping client offerings, overseeing digital marketing and content, and turning complex energy requirements into clear, practical guidance for architects, builders, and developers.
These two functions work together to ensure our technical capability and market strategy are aligned, making energy performance both practical and valuable for the NZ built environment.
Edward Hong
Associate Mechanical Engineer (HVAC & Hyd lead)

Edward Hong is a senior mechanical and hydraulic engineer with over eight years of experience delivering complex building services across healthcare, education, commercial, and residential projects. Known for his calm judgement and practical mindset, Edward specialises in translating technical complexity into clear, buildable solutions that stand up on site.
He has led HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and medical gas designs from concept through construction, including major healthcare developments in live environments.

Clients and project teams value his ability to cut through ambiguity, balance compliance with constructability, and resolve issues early using a collaborative approach. With his reputation for thoughtful problem‑solving, Edward is someone teams trust to get the details right and keep projects moving forward.
Andrew Eaton

I have a strong passion about emerging technologies, I am committed to leveraging the power of Building Information Modeling (BIM) to revolutionize the way we design, construct, and manage buildings.
As a BIM Manager, I oversee the implementation and coordination of BIM processes, ensuring seamless collaboration among multidisciplinary teams.
I also bring my expertise as a drafting technician, using industry-standard software to create accurate and detailed technical drawings.

Shehryar Afsar
Finance Manager
Shehryar has over nine years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping. He manages Reshape Consulting's day-to-day accounts functions, including invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
